working principle for PMW5300 wire rod coil shot blasting machine
The equipment adopts the unique double "side hung gate + pin-ended "to carry the form of the wire rod, which is the patent product of our company (the patent number:(201520774091.4),and achieve two workpieces alternant working with double-position form.
After simple supported shaft of the wire rod enters the blasting room,steel shot controller will be opened and convey steel shot to rotating impeller head in the meantime,throw out the steel shot rapidly to hit wire rod by certain angles,which cause its oxide to loose and fall out At the same time ,perform compound action of"ups and down, right and left positive and negative rotation" by programmed program to beat the inside and outside surface of wire rod effectively through steel shot . The reasonable distribution of the 7 impeller head cause the all coil rod without corners.

It mainly consists of blades, impellers/vane wheel, paddle wheels, directional sleeves/control cage, motors, housings/cabinet, liner panels, shot inlet pipes, bottom plates, and shock-absorbing rubber plates.
