Features
Sand blasting machine consists of Sand blasting chamber, Sand blasting device, Screw conveyor, Elevator, Separator, Abrasive recycling system, Trolley system, Lighting system, Bottom funnel, Steel grating, Dust removal system, Electric control system, etc.
The main construction features are follows:
Sand blasting system
We fully take into account the operation convenience of the workers, we have also added the sand blasting chamber operating space, lighting system and platform so that workers can operate with convenient, effective and comprehensive.
Screw conveyor
The screws convey is consist of reducer, screw shaft, conveying box, rolling bearing with base, etc. It is a kinds of standard abrasive horizontal conveying device, which is an important part of the abrasive recycling system of the blasting machine also.
Bucket Elevator
The bucket elevator is consist of speed reducer, upper and lower rolling barrel, transmission rubber belt, bucket elevator, shell and tightening device, etc.
Separator
This machine adopts advanced Model BE full shutter type separator. The separator is mainly composed of airwash area, barrel sift, conveying screw, abrasive hopper, manual abrasive controlling valve.
Abrasive recycling system
This machine adopts the patented shot valve produced of our company; It can accumulate a certain time in blasting, and feed the shot ball into the blasting device through the manual controlling.
Dust removal system
This machine adopts Cartridge or bag type dust collector, is exhausted air produced during working. The dedusting efficiency is up to 99.6%, powder density is less than 100mg/m3, much stricter than the national standard.
Electric control system
Set circulatory fault alarm device with shot, when a failure happens on the parts of system, the above components automatically stop running, and prevent the shot ball stuck and burning power device.
